Hi. I’m Andrew; an inquisitive and glass-half-full kind of maker. As a Creative Director, I’ve spent years building brands, leading teams, and telling stories through design.
My role is to inspire curiosity, curate creativity, and provide seasoned direction.
I focus on the bigger picture, bringing teams out of the weeds and into the work. Leading the design process also means managing expectations, asking questions, and boosting morale from time to time. At the end of the day, it’s about bringing together people who are great at what they do and giving them the space to do it.
The design process begins (and ends) with people. It should be challenging, but never strained. I want to unlock the joy of each project, leading teams with an earnest sense of levity and humanity. It’s most rewarding when everyone shares a sense of wonder and enthusiasm for what we’re making together.
